Terms of Business
1. Booking & Cancellation
- All bookings are considered final once confirmed via WhatsApp or Email.
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to pickup are free of charge.
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be charged 100% of the total fare.
2. Luggage & Capacity
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to choose the vehicle class based on luggage quantity.
- Each sedan accommodates up to 3 check-in bags and 3 carry-on bags.
3. Flight Tracking
- We offer 60 minutes of free waiting time for international arrivals.
- Persistent delays extending beyond 60 minutes after landing may incur extra waiting charges.

Your data is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and GPDR. We only collect information strictly necessary for the fulfillment of your transport booking.
